PRESS RELEASE

Moshen Announces Technical Partnership With Antix Labs

Moshen has announced a technical partnership deal with Antix Labs to provide game content to the Antix Game Player [AGP] platform.

Moshen has recently developed and published two casual games to the iTunes App Store through subsidiary, Appshen, and hopes to further the reach of these titles whilst at the same time showcasing the AGP technology.

The recently released Pop Bubble Pop is Moshen’s first game developed for AGP, with several more titles to be added throughout 2012.

Pop Bubble Pop has received five-star reviews since being released in December and was developed by Appshen and Wide-Eyed Entertainment, the team behind TV series Walking With Dinosaurs.

Antix Game Player is a media player that provides a distribution format for games across both single and multi-screen networks and services: enabling consumers to share seamlessly and play games socially on and off-line. The AGP runs across phones, TVs, STBs, tablets, PCs, PC dongles and a range of other fields of use.

In much the same way as they do already with music, photos and videos, consumers can distribute trial games virally across networks and off-line to their friends and family while still protecting the rights and revenues of operators and publishers.

Speaking about the partnership with Antix Labs, Moshen CEO Graham Baines said: "We are delighted to be working with Antix on this exciting new platform. We see the Antix Game Player as a huge part of the future of gaming across mobile, PC and TV. The technology is a function of the future."

Francis Charig, the Antix Chief Executive commented, "I’m so pleased that we are seeing the first of a pipeline of quality titles from Moshen, titles which we will exploit through our growing number of channels around the world."

About Antix Labs, Ltd. (Antix):

Antix has developed the Antix Game Player incorporating a consumer-focused distribution file format and service that makes games even more viral than music and video whilst still protecting the rights and the revenues of the developers. It enables consumers to copy, share, challenge and play with others not only via a service provider’s network but also off-network by means of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Direct. Antix connects consumers across feature phones and smartphones, tablets, TVs, set top boxes, PCs and other devices even when a provider’s network is inaccessible, intermittent, slow or full as is the reality in home and on mobile across most of the world. The company offers the Game Player, corresponding tools, certification mechanism, optional white-label store and an optional game warehouse necessary to deploy a complete service offering. The Antix Game Service is being used as a core gaming component by major operators, broadcasters, device manufacturers and retailers across the globe. Headquartered in the Reading Enterprise Centre in Reading, England and with offices in America and Asia, Antix was founded by Francis Charig, its current Chief Executive and a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer.
